As a performer, I've spent most of my time in education and have only recently started my

professional career outside of education. I grew up in a musical household, both parents

being classically trained oboists who have maintained a studio for over thirty years. I was

able to attend their rehearsals and performances of orchestral concerts, operas, and

other forms of musical theatre, which, at a young age, made a profound impression on

me.

 

I was born in Los Angeles to an American mother and a Romanian father. We soon moved

to Washington, where I grew up until I moved to New York to study at Juilliard. Outside of

music, I'm a Research Associate in Executive Search for PierceGray and enjoy gardening and cooking.
